The DEUTZ TCD2013 L04 2V is a 4.8-liter, inline 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel with common rail injection (1800 bar), certified for EU Stage IIIA / EPA Tier 3. It delivers 100–150kW (134–201 HP) with peak torque of 600–800 N·m from 1200 to 1600 RPM. The 2-valve per cylinder head simplifies maintenance and improves low-RPM combustion. Wet liners allow rebuilds without machining. Gear-driven balancer cancels 4-cylinder vibration. Cast-iron pump housing — no plastic failures. Service at 400–500 hours. We supply new OEM, remanufactured (dyno-tested), and genuine spares (injectors, pumps, turbos, heads, gaskets). All units test-run and export-crated.
