1. Oil pump: The oil pump is a rotor structure. The oil pump of a four-cylinder engine supplies about 50 liters of oil per minute, and the six-cylinder engine supplies about 75 liters per minute. The oil pan must be removed during disassembly because there is an oil suction filter underneath. If the gear inside the oil pump is damaged, it cannot be replaced during maintenance. The cause should be found. For example, the silicone oil shock absorber should be checked. When the silicone oil shock absorber is damaged, the crankshaft runout becomes larger. The oil pump installed on the crankshaft runs too much. If a new oil pump is simply replaced, it is easy to be damaged again.

2. Other reasons for detecting engine speed drop: 1) Insufficient fuel supply pressure will cause engine speed drop and insufficient power. The reasons include: filter element blockage, fuel pump failure, pipeline blockage or too small inner diameter, incorrect hollow bolt (4 holes), etc.). 2) Check that the intake pressure is not less than 1.3-1.5MP. The method is: connect the pressure gauge to the intake pipe, make the machine run at the highest speed, and then make the machine run at the maximum load. At this time, the pressure gauge will have a peak value, which is the intake pressure. If the pressure is not enough, it may be due to air filter blockage, supercharger failure, etc.).

3. Fuel injection system: The single pump is positioned in the cylinder body, and the high-pressure oil pipe is directly driven by the camshaft. Twisting and deformation are not allowed. The tightening torque is 30kg/NM. When installing the injector, pay attention to the installation direction to ensure that the oil is sprayed vertically downward, and the surface with the mark on the outside faces the exhaust pipe. If it is installed incorrectly, black smoke may appear.

4. Precautions: 1) If there is too much water in the fuel, air will be generated in the fuel supply system, causing flameout. Special tools should be used when installing the front oil seal of the oil pump and the front oil seal of the crankshaft, otherwise the oil seal will be easily damaged. 2) If oil impurities appear in the oil due to peeling of metal parts such as bearings, it is recommended to replace the oil radiator after overhaul, because the radiator is between the filter and the pump, there are more impurities and it is not easy to clean. If it is not replaced, it will cause increased wear of the machine. 3) If the oil pressure is insufficient due to internal leakage of the engine body, the oil pressure cannot be increased by adjusting the pressure limiting valve, because the pressure limiting valve is completely closed at this time and all the oil has been supplied to the oil channel.

5. The starting enrichment solenoid valve and the starter motor are on the same power line. When the starter is working, the starting enrichment also works. Therefore, the starting time should not exceed 15 seconds, otherwise it is easy to burn out the starting enrichment solenoid valve. If it still cannot start after 3 starts, find out the reason. If you want to save fuel, you can disconnect the starting enrichment solenoid valve in summer and connect the starting solenoid valve in winter.

6. Assembly and adjustment of the single pump: 1) Installation: Turn the crankshaft so that the camshaft is at the lowest position (base circle position). Use a special tool to push the speed control rack so that the rack is in the oil cut-off position. Then jump the oil adjustment fork on the single pump to the middle position and install the pressure plate. Pay attention to the installation method. Then rotate the fixing bolt 90° counterclockwise and use a torque wrench to turn the single pump counterclockwise. When it cannot be turned, increase the force to 1Nm to pre-tighten, then fix the pressure plate, and finally remove the device that pushes the speed control rack to observe whether the rack moves smoothly. Install the remaining single pumps in the above method in turn.

7. The direction of the lubricating oil circuit: oil pan - oil pump - oil cooler - main oil channel - auxiliary oil channel - oil pan.

1) The main oil channel mainly lubricates the crankshaft bearings, each single pump, and the valve mechanism. The valve mechanism oil circuit is the power source from the camshaft, so that the oil pressure enters the tappet, reaches the rocker arm inside the cylinder head through the tappet, and lubricates the various parts of the valve mechanism. 2) The auxiliary oil channel is mainly used to lubricate the turbocharger.

8. For the electronically controlled Deutz engine, the ECU controls 5 sensors: oil pressure sensor, water temperature sensor, intake temperature and intake pressure sensor, speed sensor, and oil temperature sensor. 1) If the water temperature does not reach the optimal operating temperature of 40-50℃, the engine can only reach 80% of the power; if the water temperature is higher than the alarm value, the engine will automatically enter idle protection. 2) If the oil pressure sensor does not send a signal to the ECU, the engine will not start. 3) The engine cannot start without a speed signal. 4) If the intake air is insufficient or the oil temperature is too high, the engine will automatically reduce the power or shut down. 6) ECU precautions: Do not plug and unplug with power on; disconnect the power supply during electric welding; the working voltage is 16-32V; when the battery is low, the auxiliary power supply cannot be used to start the engine; pay attention to the waterproof protection of the sensor to prevent the ECU from short-circuiting and burning.
