The DEUTZ BF6M1015C is a 6-cylinder inline diesel engine with 12.0 liters displacement. Bore × stroke: 132mm × 145mm. Turbocharged with aftercooling. Mechanical in-line injection pump – no ECU, no common rail, no crank position sensor. Power: 280–300 kW at 1500–2100 rpm. Torque: 2000 N·m at 1800 rpm.Emissions: EU Stage II / EPA Tier 2. The C-version uses purely mechanical fuel control, making it immune to electrical faults, EMP, or poor grid grounding. Individual cylinder heads allow per-cylinder rebuilds in-frame.Typical applications: 50–80 ton crawler cranes, hydraulic excavators, stationary cone crushers, and 350–500 kVA gensets.
