(1) The wear of the fuel injection pump causes the diesel oil to enter the oil: the oil rises significantly, and it is accompanied by the smell of diesel oil. In severe cases, oil leaks out from the oil filler port or vent hole. For the piston fuel transfer pump, there are only two ways for diesel oil to enter the oil; the diesel oil can directly enter the lubricating oil in the lower chamber of the fuel injection pump from the side clearance of the roller body of the fuel transfer pump; Internal leakage, the internal leakage of diesel oil will flow into the lubricating oil.
Treatment measures: Open the side cover of the fuel injection pump and start the engine. If diesel fuel is splashed at the plunger of the sub-pump, it means that the piston of the sub-pump is worn out, and the plunger must be replaced and the injection should be checked on the test bench. oil pump. Remove the oil transfer pump and pump the oil with the hand oil pump. If diesel oil emerges from the clearance on the side of the oil transfer pump roller, it proves that the oil transfer pump is faulty. You can also remove the oil transfer pump and each connecting oil pipe, tighten the hand oil pump, block the oil outlet of the oil transfer pump, and introduce gas with a pressure of 0.4MPa from the oil inlet. If it is faulty, it should be replaced.
(2) Oil leakage at the joint of the fuel injection pump oil outlet and high pressure: the concave oil outlet of the fuel injection pump and the concave and convex high pressure related streets are not tightly sealed due to wear and tear, and oil leaks.
Treatment measures: Just add a concave round copper pad to the concave joint of the fuel injection pump outlet. This kind of pad is available in every school pump factory, and it can be given as a free gift with the school pump. This method can also be used for oil leakage at the connection between the injector and the high-pressure oil pipe. The practice has proved that the effect is very good.
（3）The shaft of the fuel injection pump is broken: if the four fine-toothed bolts of the fuel injection pump are not tightened tightly, the loose pump and the pump seat will dry grind when the engine is working, and the gap will be larger, which will eventually lead to the displacement of the installation position of the fuel injection pump. position, the fuel injection pump is not concentric with the transmission shaft, and the shaft is broken.
Treatment measures: Use an appropriate thickness of copper as a pad between the pump and the pump seat. Eliminate gaps. When installing the fuel injection pump, clean the threaded holes first, then tighten the 4 fixing bolts to the specified torque, and check the coaxiality between the fuel injection pump shaft and the transmission shaft, and should be readjusted if they do not meet the standard. It is recommended that when disassembling the fuel injection pump, it can be removed together with the pump seat.
